The Care Network, overseen by Hilary Roberts, aims to show love and care for members of our own church community in practical ways. Specific help is provided through teams covering different kinds of care needs.
- Barnabas Team (Hilary Roberts) One-off visits (e.g. with flowers) to bless and encourage.
- Practical Help Team (Sandra Anderson) Provides short term help, e.g. meals, gardening, DIY, shopping
- Transport Team (Melanie Keane) Offers transport for medical appointments etc and also to church as required.
- Visiting Team (Carolyn Dickens) Provides invaluable long-term visiting to the housebound.
- Holy Communion (Tim Townsend) with the clergy, organises Communion visits for those housebound or in hospital.
