In January we are supporting Matt and Farrah, who have just completed two years of language study in East Asia. Matt is now applying for a research position at a university there. We also support Guido and Linda Braschi (members of Christ Church) who work for OMF International. Guido is involved in responding to inquirers from around the world by those who sense God’s call to mission in East Asia. Find out more about OMF

ACROSS is an organisation supported by local churches in Woking which seeks to help Christians build bridges with people of other faiths. It forms part of the Mahabba network which is dedicated to helping Christians to show love to their Muslim neighbours. Phil Simpson works for the Mahabba network and internationally for the Global Teams movement.

Michael is a full-time mission partner with CMS working among immigrants, asylum seekers and people of other faiths in the Ipswich area. Peter and Caroline Finch are CMS Associate Mission Partners in Malawi, one of the poorest nations in the world. Peter is a senior lecturer at the QE School of Medicine in Blantyre. Engage is a Christian charity working to encourage and support a Christian presence in primary and secondary schools in and around Woking. Patrick Coad, primary school staff worker, together with other staff and local volunteers visit the schools on a regular basis to lead Christian assemblies, to help with RE lessons and to encourage school Christian Unions and clubs.  Find out more about Engage

Christ Church has close links with Pastor Martin and Beena Philip who lead the Goa Life Centre Church in Goa’s capital, Panaji, and direct the work of Bethesda Life Centre comprising of three children's homes & a women’s project that cares for, educates and champions children and vulnerable women, helping to break the cycle of poverty in India.   Find out more about Bethesda Life Centre

The CAP Centre at Christ Church is headed up by Sarah Goddard. Colin Sherlock runs the CAP Job Club which imparts skills to help the jobless find employment Find out more about CAP

CSW helps to keep governments informed and continuously campaigns to expose the truth about the way some countries tread on the human rights of believers Find out more about CSW   Elam Ministries works specifically to support Christians in Iran, a country which is closed to the Gospel. As well as campaigning on behalf of persecuted Christians in Iran, Elam undertakes training programmes to equip believers for Christian leadership and ministry. Find out more about Elam
